Introducing the BadBoy Premium Home Theater Speaker System by TruAudio.

The new BadBoy series features truly state-of-the-art, in-wall home theater speakers that will rival any cabinet speaker available. Not only is their performance jaw-dropping, but these models also install seamlessly into the standard wall or ceiling. There are four models in this series, offering different speaker options for multiple applications. The BadBoy speakers are designed to easily handle the larger theaters that need lots of power.
Features:
Custom MDF enclosure to precisely control air space
  1" (25mm) silk dome tweeter
Woven carbon fiber midrange and woofer drivers
Three four-layered voice coils to each midrange and woofer driver
Custom MDF Enclosure: Each model is installed into a custom MDF enclosure that is put into the wall at the pre-wire stage. This allows the air space to be exactly the same in every installation, thus optimizing the performance and controlling the resonance. Controlled air space has always been the huge advantage cabinet speakers have over in-walls; the BadBoy series now levels the playing field and offers the perfect solution for high-end, in-wall theater speakers.
Silk Dome Tweeter: For the high end of the frequency spectrum, a 1" (25 mm) silk dome tweeter was selected for its true-life dispersion pattern and sound character. The soft dome material allows the tweeter to be played at higher volumes without the listener experiencing ear fatigue. This is especially important in home theaters where loud volumes are often played.
Midrange and Woofer Drivers: Woven carbon fiber was chosen for the midrange and woofer material because it is very stiff - limiting cone break-up at lower frequencies. It is also very light which helps reduce the weight of the moving assembly. Using woven carbon fiber helps balance these qualities so the driver produces good dispersion and is sensitive enough to have incredible dynamic range and accuracy.
Four-layered Voice Coils: Because these models are designed to manage high volumes, dissipating the thermal energy was a concern. To handle this, each 6 ½” driver features three voice coils instead of just one. These voice coils are also four layers opposed to the typical two. This gives the coils enough inductance to naturally limit the high frequency range but also gives the woofers the additional weight needed to play low frequencies.
