Q: What are my credentials for logging in?
A: We kept your log in the same with a few exceptions. Our new system requires a minimum of six characters for your password. This makes your information more secure.
Q: So what if my password is less than six characters?
A: Then we doubled it. So if your password was "123" we made it "123123" If your old password was "money" it's now "moneymoney" after the change.
Q: Well, I want to change my username and password, how do I do that?
A: Log in to your account, click on "My Account," then "Account Information" and proceed to change your email and or password. Watch this overview video.
NOTE: Please keep your company name in the first and last name fields. We use this information to quickly identify your account on a phone order.
Q: What if we have multiple accounts?
A: Our new system only allows one account per customer. We used the email that was most active on our previous site. You can change that email log in to another email if you desire.
Q: I've tried everything mentioned above and I still can't log in, what now?
A: Please reply to this email, and/or call your customer service representative to get your account squared away. We will be watching the responses to this email closely, please include a contact number if we need to call and verify your details.
